Common Printing Issues

The most common printing issues we see in the SCCDC are usually because:

The computer connected to CDC_BYOD or CDC_GUEST. Laptops need to be connected to the CDC wifi network to print
The computer does not have the user's printing code set up properly
The computer is trying to print a paper size that is not loaded into the copier

Some uncommon reasons that this ight happen

Printer memory is full. Printers can store a limited amount of printing jobs and if people send a lot of jobs and don't print them, they sit in memory.
